# 1.Introduction

**Project Overview**

DEAI is an innovative decentralized infrastructure network (DePIN) tokenization platform designed to empower users and investors by converting key decentralized storage, computing, and network resources into tradable tokenized assets. The platform allows users not only to receive decentralized token payments by leasing these resources but also to tokenize the equipment itself into Real World Assets (RWA), providing more flexibility in managing and investing in decentralized infrastructure. DEAI reduces technical barriers, enabling broader participation in decentralized networks.

**Key Objectives**

· Single-Point Access to Decentralized Services: With DEAI, users can easily access multiple decentralized protocols, such as storage nodes and computing power, without complex technical operations.

· Lower Investment Barriers: Traditional decentralized infrastructure requires significant technical knowledge and investment, but DEAI’s tokenization model allows users to participate and earn returns at a lower cost.

· Integration of RWA and Decentralized Systems: Through innovative approaches, the platform combines real-world assets (like physical equipment and real estate) with decentralized assets, enabling investors to benefit from both on-chain and real-world asset returns.

# Agent Instructions: Querying This Documentation

If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://deai-1.gitbook.io/deai/1.introduction.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
